What do I need to do to make an appointment?

What is your cancellation policy?
Spoiled Rotten Massage requires a 24 hour cancellation notice. If you would like to change your appointment, you may do so by texting or calling (501) 352-7438.
We understand that things happen, but we have to pay our bills just like everyone else. If you do not provide adequate time for your appointment time to be filled by someone else, then your massage therapist simply does not get paid for that time slot during the week.
Massage therapists only get paid for the time that they work, and several no-shows in a week add up to a significant reduction in pay. If you have an exceptional emergency, please let us know and we will work with you on a case by case basis.
Likewise, real emergencies sometimes occur on our end. If we have to reschedule you on short notice due to an emergency, we will be happy to provide you with a complimentary service such as aromatherapy during your next session.

Questions are how we learn. There are no “bad” questions (except the ones that go “un-asked”), and you should not feel shy about asking something you don’t know – even if you think that it may be embarrassing. There is a very good chance that you aren’t the first person who has asked that question.
Spoiled Rotten Massage abides by HIPAA standards. So just like when you go to the doctor, any personal medical information provided will not be disclosed outside of HIPAA guidelines.
